To return or exchange your item, please use the link below within 7 days of the item’s delivery date. If you create a return label after this 7 day period, your request will be rejected.

Delivery and Processing

  • Orders are processed in 1-3 business days
  • Orders are delivered 3-5 days after they ship
  • 2nd and next day air options apply to business days only
  • Saturday delivery available based upon customer location
  • Customers are responsible for misdelivered orders due to incorrect shipping addresses
  • Slight variations in the color of items may occur due to lighting and differences in screen configuration settings


Risk-Free Returns and Exchanges

  • Perfume Boutique offers unlimited risk free returns for any order during checkout
  • If you did not purchase a risk free return during checkout, use our return portal to purchase a return label; no return fee will be deducted from your refund total
  • Previously returned or exchanged items are not eligible for a repeat return
  • Shipping fees and Risk-free return fee for returns/exchanges are non-refundable

All returned and exchanged items:

  • Must be mailed within 7 days of the item's delivery date
  • Must be in their original and unworn condition
  • Must include their original labels
  • Must be shipped within 5 days of receiving their return label
  • Must be shipped in their original box


Refunds And Order Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be requested via email within 1 hour of the order
  • Orders placed after 12pm cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds are processed within 3-14 business days
  • Refunds are fully processed only after approved inspection of the returned item
  • Items bought with a gift card are not eligible for refund


    Lost Or Damaged Items

    • Items that are lost or stolen after delivery are the responsibility of the customer
    • Partial refunds for lost items may be issued after filing a claim with the pertaining shipping company
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, use our return portal to return your item and select "damaged item" as the reason for your return
    • Lost or damaged items may replaced or refunded based on availability


    International Orders

    • Worldwide shipping is available through couriers such as DHL and FedEx
    • Customers are responsible for all international shipping and custom fees

    To international customers only:

    • If you refuse your order at the time of arrival or if you refuse to pay the order’s customs fees when it arrives, your shipment will be returned and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs
    • If you receive your order and pay the order’s customs fees upon delivery, the vendor will not issue refunds in case of the return of the purchased products


    In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that all customers remain courteous during the return process. Failure to refrain from rude or aggressive behavior during the return process could jeopardize your return request.
